Aging: 6 months in oak barrels, 12 months in the bottle

Tasting: Golden color with greenish highlights. Ripe peach and pear on the nose, milk caramel and vanilla. Rich, fatty body with discreet acidity and rich flavor of roasted nuts and cocoa butter with a delightful aftertaste.

Accompaniment: Fatty fish, yellow matured cheeses, toasted bread with smoked salmon and avocado
